GENERAL CONDITIONS

The owner of the vehicle engages:

*to provide a photocopy of the automobile license and green chart vehicles.

*to maintain the vehicle assured counters all losses, flights or deteriorations internal and external so that "le garage des canaux" is never worried.

*to prevent "le garage des canaux" 48 hour before coming to take its vehicle.

*It is clearly understood that only the owner will be able to take this one.

*the owner will have the responsibility to check the closing of all the fuels (bottle of gas, boilers etc......), draining of the boiler for the winter.

*If the vehicle is equipped with an alarm or a circuit breaker, the owner must show of it operation with Mr. BELLON, person in charge for guarding.

*the vehicles must absolutely have liquid of minimum cooling from less 20 degree c,if not in the event of freezing, "le garage des canaux" could not be held for person in charge.

"Le garage des canaux" engages:

*to check the pressure of the tires.*to make the recommended greasings.*to control the state of the battery.

*to control the levels.

*to ensure the vehicle for the flight and fire in its buildings, only for interior guarding.

*Mr. BELLON is only entitled to move the vehicles inside the buildings.

A contract binding the two parts for one duration of adjustable time in advance,no refunding will be to carry out by the garage even if the vehicle is not parked in its buildings throughout contract.

The garage of the channels is committed keeping the place of the free vehicle during the time of the contract.

External guarding is done without any responsibility, nor insurance of "le garage des canaux".

A general state of the vehicle will be made with the taking into account of the vehicle by "le garage des canaux".

No owner of vehicle will have the right to penetrate in the hangars if it is not accompanied by a person of guarding.

No owner will be authorized to operate his vehicle in the hangars.
